Apple Crumble Baked Oats

A yummy meal prep breakfast 🍎

5 minutes prep, 45 minutes baking

Apple Crumble Baked Oats

Ingredients

2 cups oats
3 cups plant milk
2 apples
1-2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350.
  2. Chop up the apple and mix in a baking tray with all the other ingredients.
  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and firm.
  4. Serve the vegan baked oats warm by itself, or with a dash of milk, dollop of peanut butter and/or drizzle of maple syrup.
